Prior to a PEK-SIN-SYD trip on SQ, I'll be sitting on 410 SCs. I'll get 100 out of my SQ flight (travelling Y class) qualifying me for Gold (yay!). My question is this - will the final 10 SCs of my trip count for the following review date? Or are they lost SCs?

Short answer: they're lost, but they would be counted for Platinum qualification if you kept flying

I was wondering the same thing, as am about to do a status run myself and depending on what fares I book, it will either just be enough to make Gold, or anything up to 40 SCs over. I went back and looked at our Velocity accounts, as we both hit Silver last year. At the time we went up to Silver, hubby was 20 SCs over the required number to upgrade from Red - however going back through his account history and adding them up, only the SCs he has earned SINCE that date have been included in the total showing on his account - those 20 SCs appear to have been lost.

yep - they re lost for requal sadly but as someone stated count towards your rolling 12 mth total for upping levels (unless like me you're going from gold to plat and then they are lost for everything!)
