Different prices and availability via voucher redemption

Using the normal flight booking I can find Business Sale fares on the dates I want, but when I use the voucher redemption search (same date and flight numbers) those fares are not available (it says 'No seats') and only shows availability in the Saver category at a higher price.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Should I call and ask them to book it over the phone?
 
Calling is best. Make sure they don’t charge you anything extra for a phone booking because you couldn’t do it online
