Delay in AirMiles getting credited

Geeez, Velocity have major issues triyng to get Air Miles credit from other airlines.

For example, I had a returned flight from London to Sydney with Eithad in Feb.

The points were finally credited 2 weeks ago however instead of crediting the 4 flights (London to Abu Dhabi, Abu to Sydney and back) they only credited 3 legs of the ticket.

Now Louise from the Silver Customer Service wanted me to contact Eithid to obtain the Fare Class....what the hell, they have already credited 3 parts of the flights so now you want further information...what a joke !!!

Louise finally came back and said the missed flight would be to credited....still waiting.

It would seem Velocity are holding back crediting Air Miles...maybe due to cost or something.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?:evil:

Had a slight delay with Etihad points but they came through within a week. Just arrived back from Beijing on ANZ and pointed where credited with all family members within 2 days of each leg being completed. Can't complain about that.
