I have a flight ticketed with Kenya airways but flying Thai on the first leg (TG flight number). On Kenya airways site it only lets me put in one sky team number. How do I credit the the Thai airways flight to my Star alliance program.

Would you be able to leave the FF number field blank until you've flown the TG leg? After that, add the Skyteam FF number for the subsequent flights. Afterwards, submit a "missing points" claim for that TG flight to the Star Alliance program you use.
