I can get into my account, but some transactions have been missing for about a week.

They frustrated me to no end this morning though. I need to double my BPAY payment limit to transfer some money around. The process:
-Attend Bank (impossible) or:
- Send fax containing all sorts of personal details and photocopy of passport etc to them requesting it. Then expect a call back to confirm further personal details.

Of course they can't find a way to verify who I am in any other way. Grrrrr.

I feel very left out.Never been contacted by a Nigerian or indeed get a CBA phishing email.Everyday though a different Russian lady offers to marry me.

Touch wood. My transactions appear to have reappeared and all is back to normal. There has been some comment on the news that the CBA share price is suffering due the ongoing issues with their Netbank system.

Just checked again, and you are right ... they're back. So maybe they came back a little while ago and I just never noticed. Anyway, it's good that they are back. Missing transactions increases doubt in the reliability and accuracy of records held by the bank, which increases displeasure and mistrust in the foundations of the organisation.

In some countries, it could even cause many people to withdraw their cash and hide it under their bed instead!

On a more serious note I have been able to find missing transactions by using the search function ie search transactions from say 15/6 to 22/6.If you use too wide a spread of dates it doesnt work as well.

I hardly ever get spam email but I had one from a Russian lady the other day. First time ever and hopefully the last. :-|
