Cleanest Railway Station Public Toilets?

Surely the $260,000.00 ones they're building in Vic would be clean - they should do everything for that price!
 
I found a bottle of vodka in a stall under Roma Street station on the weekend, and before the jokes start, seemed empty, told station staff, did not approach. Oh and the toilets were average I guess.

Just about any toilet in Japan. I must admit Beijing wasn't too bad either.

Is there a public toilet in New York?

I will nominate just about any station in Switzerland, judging by the ones I've visited in Zurich and Chur
 
stay away from the ones in Mexico... even if you are busting.

I try to avoid having to go but used the one in Domestic station SYD once and was ok.
