I received an offer via email from my Citibank Platinum Visa credit card. It is for Citi Reward points rather than direct frequent flyer points. I was quite pleased however with my recent redemption of points through the Citi Rewards portal on some flights. I take it using points through these means will accrue the miles and status credits too which is a nice bonus - 80,000 will go a reasonable way for this!

Here is the link for my referral: Citi Rewards Platinum Card

As referrer, I get a 40,000 bonus which I would be most grateful for if anyone signs up. Please check out the link for a snapshot of benefits through signing up and using the card (complimentary insurances, citi dining program etc.)

Any questions, let me know - thanks!

how do existing cb cardholders refer friends? is it only by invite via special email? annual fee of $249. i wonder if i apply via link and then call RM to waive it if you are citigold?

You don't like your friends?

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Something gives me the impression DrRalph is not a fan of citibank, haha ;) I guess they can be ok if no interactions required!

I'm not too sure sorry coolstepslg if there is any way through the portal to find a share link as in with Amex. Mine came in an email totally out of the blue mid-to-late last year with the link and facebook/twitter buttons provided in the email. I haven't seen anything promoting it otherwise and don't know about the citigold waiver? Would be very nice to have 80K points for free rather than for $249!
