Cheapest way to get a drivers license from SYD-CTS

I need to get a drivers license to CTS ASAP.

anyone know of a overnight courier that would do it? DHL and FEDEX both takes 4 days.

Might have to fly it myself. Anyone know of a cheap way to do it? do a quick search and 1.6k is the cheapest i can find with cathay.
Would like to stay within the one world group.

Just did a quick search, and if it is lodged at a UPS Depot or collected any time before 1700hrs Monday, it would be guaranteed to get there by COB Wednesday for AUD130.

With TNT, I'm getting the same date/time results as you got with FedEx and DHL.

As for Air Courier services (these are people who courier stuff aboard a plane), I can't find anyone in Australia who does this.

Fly to NRT on QF and then get the JAL flight to CTS using a Yokoso fare. Of course the Sapporo Snow and Ice Festival is due to start on Feb 06 so expect virtually all flights to CTS be full for the next week or so.
