Changing an upgraded domestic business ticket

Hi I have upgraded a Flexi fare to J using points can I still change the time of travel or did I forfeit the Flexi benefits when I upgraded?

(a) Subject to seat availability, Members are permitted to make changes to a confirmed UpgradeMe Points flight upgrade, by paying the applicable fee specified in the Fee Schedule​
