Changes to Book Now Pay Later

Hi everyone

I'm probably asking a stupid question here but when we make a Book Now Pay Later booking and foot the $25 deposit, what happens if we want to make a flight change later before the ticketing deadline?

So say the total fare is $320. We've paid $25 so the balance is $295. What happens if before the ticketing deadline, we want to change to another flight on the same day? Does the balance then become $295 + change fee or is it free to change (i.e. forfeit the $25 deposit)?

From my experience the $25 pp is refunded to the card used and is not taken off the overall cost of the flight. In that case any flight changes would proceed in the same way as any other flight.

Losing the holding deposit would almost certainly be cheaper than paying for a change once ticketed.
