Can someone point out to me where these are covered on the Velocity site, am looking for costs associated with moving or cancelling a PE flight!

You'll need to select International short haul or long haul as applicable, then look up your correct region (e.g. Australia to North America, etc.). There's also a section there for Velocity Reward redemptions.
