Hi,

i have 2 j redemption bookings with infant purchased seat for mel- lax with stopover of 2 days in kul(in october). Mh is now doing this flight for 10k less enrich points. Is it possible to cancel & rebook redemption flights online. There is no cancel feature for the bookings online. Anyone with any experience in ths ..before i call mh?

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

I believe it is not possible to cancel and have the miles re-deposited. but possible to change booking by paying a USD$25 reissue fee. Best to browse through their t&c which u can find online on their website.

Surely, you'd be able to cancel the booking but I bet there will be a fee of 'x' number of miles taken before the remainder of your miles are re-credited into your account. You'll have to ring the MH Enrich customer service line to do this, I reckon.

Unfortunately, when you cancel a booking, the points cannot be redeposited under any circumstances.
This is the biggest drawback of Enrich.
You can however change the dates as often as you like for a fee (US$60),
but you'd have to deal with the much to be desired Enrich call centre.

Didnt end up cancelling so cant say if this possible or not, but reading thru the terms - i would agree with deluxeflyer; although the change fee is 20USD per person (realised when i spoke t them that my inital infant seat quoted at $818 AUD had no been charged, she rechecked and got me a cheaper infant J price of 500AUD, so worked out somewhat in our favour.
