Hi everyone,

The family and I are flying NTL-MEL on Jetstar in a months time. I booked using my QFF points, and today I got the dreaded "We've made some changes to your booking" email. My options are either to take the booking change which means lugging my 3 y/o and 3 m/o on a flight departing at 8:00pm instead of the 12:10pm flight that I had booked. Checking the Jetstar website, the flight I originally booked is still for sale. Any idea what they might be playing at here?

It might be a legitimate cancellation... looking at NTL-MEL flights in December the 12.10 departure only seems to fly on select days. The 8pm is pretty much consistent. Maybe they are planning to ditch it?

Might be worth calling QFFF to see if they can give you any additional information, or try and get you back on the 12.10 if it is indeed still flying.
