Thought I would share a good experience with the VA call centre...
I recently went to book at VA Y+ fare to the USA and wanted to access VX internal flights due to the Main Cabin Select offering. However, as VX only have about 6 months visibility, I couldn't do it and had to book into DL coach. But luckily for me I had a supervisor taking my call (short staffed), and she noted on the booking that I would be able to change the flights when they came available at no charge.
So that worked well when VX released the next lot of flights in my window and sure enough I was able to change and saved myself some $$$ as no fee was imposed.
Just thought I'd share the info if anyone comes into the same situation. Makes me a happy VA customer!
