Booking Name Help

I have booked a flight for my brother in-law to come to our wedding only to have found out that he has a hyphenated last name which I thought was a middle name e.g. Blah Garry Blah as apposed to Blah Garry-Blah. Passport will say Blah Garry-Blah but ticket booked Blah Blah. Any ideas where i stand with tickets that have a no name change policy? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Is it a domestic or international flight? and which agent? If domestic, it doesn't matter. If international and through QF.com, then ring them pronto and they can change it.

The flights are international, VA one way JQ the other..

i recently booked a flight online SYD-AKL for my boss and misspelled his surname by transposing 2 letters...i rang Air NZ straight away and they recommended I cancel and rebook the ticket as it was not worth the risk on an international flight
