Booking free Virgin flight online / AMEX Velocity Platinum card

I read somewhere that you can now book the free Virgin flight online ? (The free flight which comes with the AMEX Velocity Platinum card )
If so, can someone please kindly provide me with the link ?
I tried to look for it here and other sites, but can't seem to find it.

fwiw the compflight website has been throwing an error for me the past 2 days after entering passenger details, but the virgin call centre handled my booking straightforwardly.
