looking to book a reward flight with Etihad Melb to NYC since Virgin pretty much don't open up their own premium eco/business rewards especially when we are looking to go around xmas, unless someone can convince me otherwise.. looking to go around 20th December and return Mid Jan. availability atm is pretty much Etihad which at the end of the day is fine.
So just wondering if there a difference if i book via the website, or book through the call centre? I have only previously done via the call centre and they were able to give me the etihad PNR and i was then able to call Etihad to select seats. Will booking online be any different?
