Best way to reset hotel partner benefit at the moment

Hi,

I just reached Platinum and wanted to match with Hilton for Diamond. It's recording that I was last Platinum 5 years ago and opted in then. I tried calling up the call centre but no luck as the one in the Philipines is closed. I emailed [email protected] as well. Any other ideas?

Hoping that they make it through as otherwise Platinum will be for nothing!

you can only opt in the once.
Years ago, you could opt back up to Diamond, if you dropped back in status, but they fixed that 'loop hole'
