Need another CC for hubby. Who has the best offer at the moment?

Have QFF and Virgin FF programs running now. Do I really need another one? Or is there a card where I can save up the points and transfer to the applicable program when I need?
 
Citibank's offer of 80,000 QFF points is the best sign-up offer at the moment.
