Best hotel/resort with spa and gym facilities in Perth

Hi Friends,
Can anyone suggest me best hotel/resort in Perth which offers spa and gym facilities. I am planning a trip to Perth in November for 6 nights with my family.

I suspect the best (and priciest) facilities will be at Crown (the one that's the old InterContinental and Burswood, not the old Holiday Inn).

I think The Richardson Hotel in West Perth can get you access to Next Gen in Kings Park. However I'd suggest confirming this with the hotel prior to booking.

How old are your kids? (I assume when you say family you mean with kids?)

What do you mean by spa? If you can get to next gen, that will be the best gym by far.
If you want a day-spa type thing the I'm sure the new Crown has you covered.

Perth is a beautiful place for vacations. The place has plenty of resorts where you can have leisure holidays. But I would recommend one of the exotic properties of Karma Royal Groups, The Karma Rottnest. It offers private pool, spa and gym facilities for visitors so that they can enjoy their holidays.

Not sure if this is legit or spam but the Karma is a hole! Rottnest is not what springs to mind when someone says luxury, and it's not in Perth either.
