While some may regard the best airline food as something of an oxymoron, the results of the survey are regardless, bound to be controversial given the different food tastes different travelers have!

Skyscanner has revealed the results of its first Asia Pacific Airline Food Awards, with Tiger Airways, Singapore Airlines and Garuda Indonesia rated the best for in-flight meals by a panel of travellers.
More than 200 travellers and bloggers from across Asia Pacific were recruited as food critics, with the panel rating their in-flight meals based on taste, presentation, choice and, for those assessing the low cost airlines, the value for money.

MOST surveys i see/read, mean little to me..the surveys i take note of are those I conduct MYSELF in reference to MY EXPERIENCES..this method usually works better for me!! :D

It would be nice if they revealed why those airlines won, what the dishes were, maybe even a photo. That China Southern dish looks very nice actually. I wonder if there'd be a way to conduct a fair poll on different airlines, taking into account just the attributes of the flavour (as we all know perception changed in the air)... so is it too weak or strong, spicy or mild, overcooked/undercooked etc... I'm sure, discounting actual taste, a winner could be picked.

Wonder if they had 2 bloggers per flight to try each choice anyway ;)
