Best *A Combo : Italy-Asia

I have an Italian based associate (Milan) who flies *A around Asia every 6 weeks. As a 'One-Worlder' I am not up with the latest *A options.
Currently, the company TA books the lowest cost point-to-point fares. However, there must be some RTW or circle fares that will improve his flying experience & status.
The regular travel means he can purchase fares in favourable exchange rate locations.

The cities he visits include Delhi, Seoul, Taipei, HK, Shenzen, Singapore, KL, Tokyo, Manila, Jakarta, Bangkok, Ho Chi Min & Sydney.
Each will receive 2 visits per year with Shenzen, HK & Tokyo included on every trip.

What are are your 'Best Of' suggestions ; How best to combine Milan-Asia-Milan Sectors with several Asia stops ?

Off the top of my head I'd think that combining the Italy-Asia return with a "Circle Asia" might be the go.... Can't think of a *A product that would do both...

...but I am still quite the newbie to all this.. and this board leans heavily to QF/OW... (not that there is anything wrong with that! )
