Bargain Duty free scotch in Singapore!

Just sitting in the QF F lounge at Changi about to take QF6 back home and I have been killing time by calculating the nice deal on my DF purchase of 2 x single malt Balvenie 1.15L for S$ 118 or AUD $89.That's most likely cheaper than standard JW Black in AU...just thought that I would spread the word!

It's the 12yo Balvenie Doublewood not bad for A$44.50 a bottle.

I am not sure that it's currently stocked in SYD...I could not find it on the way in this morning but similar quality brands here are about $70 a bottle duty free.

Yes it is good that Singapore has cheap duty free. I think I paid AUD15 for a 1 litre bottle of Vodka last time.

At about $85 for 700ML in Australia (Not duty free) you got a real bargain.
