Bamboo Airlines - early arrival into Hanoi Intnl

Hi Just wondering if anyone can help me. I've booked LGW-HAN in J on Bamboo Airlines which arrives at 5.30am into Hanoi airport. Does anyone know if I can go to a lounge for a few hours until I can check into my hotel? I guess it would have to be airside on the international arrivals area.

Also if anyone has any recommendations for a hotel in Hanoi let me know.
