Do Singapore Airlines KFEG members get an extra piece of check in bags on Virgin Australia in economy? (SYD-PER)

Or is it just extra weight (still one piece)?

I had a look on Virgin Australia's website but they don't mention KFEG at all.

From the SQ website -

On Virgin Australia*, check in an extra bag of up to 32kg for Business or Premium Economy Class passengers, and up to 23kg for Economy Class passengers, on domestic and short-haul international flights. On long-haul international flights, check in one extra bag when flying to the USA or an extra 15kg when flying anywhere else.
