The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

A word of warning! Highly likely that the BA cabin to & from SYD will be OF (old first) so in the (highly) unlikely case you jag a QF codeshare in or out of SYD I'd take it. Also if you are going through SIN change BA flight numbers..... this will ensure you get some of your flights on a NF bird (new first)

See more detail here British Airways route overview - FT Dashboard

Having taken advantage of this special - last Dec & Jan this year I can highly recommend the package. However, just take your time selecting the right route/flight numbers to ensure an F cabin that isn't from the ark;)

To be honest for $9K I would be very happy with F SCs on BA. Pretty much the same as F on a 744. Even better though is the price of J on BA - that is $5K cheaper than I paid on QF.

Excellent price !!!! I'm doing a USA trip at Christmas this year, but interested in a UK trip Christmas next year. Does BA release these deals at the about the same time (mid-September) each year?

I purchased August last year......they ran page ads in the travel section of the papers last year.

Good offer at $6.5k per person but we just changed to 'Business Experience' tickets on QF1/2 in Dec 12/Jan 13 at a cost of $14k for 2 people so $7k per person. I think we would rather stick to the QF A380 experience again and happily pay the extra $500 per person. And we will more than likely use up 240,000 of our points for F upgrades in both directions or save them for future use if there is no capacity for upgrade. I was over the moon when I came across these, cheapest QF J flights I have seen on the SYD - LON flights when I have been looking, especially the time of year we are travelling.

I take it this is from SYD only?

I just tried to price one from PER and it was $12,000 each in J….

Jesus, worth flying to SYD in that case ;-)

QF website selling J from $6511 SYD-LHR for same date range

$9k for an F ticket from SYD to LHR return is a fantastic price! Even better when you can score flights on code-shares with QF or CX.

Hi guys was just playing around with some dates at the end of the year and noticed you could get F on BA outbound and J inbound for around $7k..... If only I had $7k to spend on flights and wasn't restricted to finding ASA's thought some ppl on here might be interested in a mixture of F and J for $7k
