Availability of QR award seats on partners

Unsurprisingly QR Privilege Club Avios will show the availability, and the worst is probably on Qantas with the ridiculous 5 days out rule or whatever they've ended up with.

Does anyone know what the comparative availability rules are on other partners, e.g. VA, BA, CX, etc? Presumably much more generous than QF, one would hope?

I have seen availability on VA which does not appear on BA, AA, QF. I think VA has access to a special allocation which is not available to oneworld.

I found availability for QR segments in J for BCN DOH MEL for June next year on AA but nothing on CX. A phone call to CX proved fruitless and all the agent could tell me was that availability wasn’t open yet but could not tell me when it would be. It seemed that there was no availability in any class for any dates with any airline across multiple itineraries if travelling any further than inter Europe

I often see F availability from BKK and PER on VA that doesn’t appear on other partners websites
