So I put in an online application for this card over a week ago and heard nothing from them. No emails nothing. How long is normal for these guys to start doing something?

Pretty sure mine was a couple of weeks. Just got a letter and card in the mail one day. There wasn't any email prior to receiving the card.

I applied about 2 weeks ago and it turned up in the mail about 10 days after applying, the pin turned up the day after.

I was a bit surprised that they didn't need to see id documents etc.

I have another question - how long after verifying identity did the card arrive? Hoping to receive the card before I head off on holiday next week.
