Any help on outstanding credit from domestic booking.

Last year i cancelled a one way domestic ticket,and therefore the balance went into credit.I can not for the life of me find the where it is shown in my Velocity account.Does it not show anywhere in the account or is the information held by the Call Centre,which i realise i will have to book through to use the credit according to the original cancellation?Thanks.Terry.:confused:
 
Unless they have recently changed the system, your credit is not shown in your account. The credit is held against your original booking PNR.

In order to redeem your credit you will need to ring VA and quote the original booking no.
 
Further to my earlier post, if your credit was after Jan 13th it would go to Travel Bank as shown below

Note: If you received a travel credit shell prior to 12 January 2013, please contact the Guest Call Centre to make and pay for a new booking with that credit shell.
 
Just to note as I have been on the phone with VA this for hours on end about all this, Travel Bank won't come through automatically. When you call up, ask for an Australian operator straight away, as none of the international operators know about Travel Bank and how it works.
If you can't find your PNR, the rep should be able to find it going on the date you were suppossed to travel. They will then need to convert this into a travel bank account for you.
