Amex reward points to Asiamiles account

Hi
i transferred points on Monday from Amex to my Asiamiles account and they have still not been posted. I convinced a supervisor to create and hold a business booking but they would only hold it til next Monday even though they said that it could take 4-6 weeks which seems ridiculous. I transferred to KrisFlyer same day and that only took 48 hours. Anyone with recent experience on how long it should take? It seems that it normally posts in about 3 days from my research but I am concerned now. Anyone got any experience with them to get them to either hold the booking longer or get the points posted before the hold expires.

I made a transfer about nine months ago and I think it took in the order of 3-4 days. I didn't have a booking on hold so wasn't in a super rush.

My transfer back in January took around three business days

I transferred MR points to Asia Miles twice in August 2016 and both times miles available inside of 3 days. The second lot was transferred on 22 August and I booked flights evening of 24 August.

I transferred last year and it also went through in 3-4 days
