Hi, This is a strange one which I'm throwing out in the hope someone has experienced this before...
As per the Amex plat card features, you get $200 travel credit to go towards hotels etc...
For some reason my credit is not showing in my account (actually it did at one point, then disappeared). My main MR point count is 23K or so, but when I goto book a hotel through the plat travel online service, the point count is roughly 42K.
Has anyone had something similar happen in their account?
