AMEX and Restaurant Merchant Categories

Hey All,
Sorry if I missed a previous thread or this is the wrong place to post it.

I just got my AMEX QANTAS ultimate card and I was hoping if someone could clarify what points earn rate the used for Fast Food (McDonalds, KFC, etc) as well as MenuLog via AMEX on the site or AMEX via paypal.

Are there any other restaurants/cafes you have not got 3 points per $ spent?

Paypal will be paypal, no matter what you use it to pay for. Fast food is classified as a restaurant by Amex.

My experience was generally 3 per dollar at McDonald's, however many kfc, hj and red rooster did not take amex.

Many small restaurants had a surcharge but generally always 3ppd.

Only one point per dollar when purchases made in take away apps etc.
