Alias Names

Hi - I need to get an ESTA for the USA. My passport is in my maiden name however most of my other documents are in my married name. Do I need declare that on the ESTA?? Does it hurt / hinder my chance of being issued a visa

If your passport is in your maiden name and matches your airline ticket then you are Ok for ESTA.
The details you provide for ESTA should match exactly the passport you currently have. Dont use another name

Whether you use Miss, Mrs, Ms is irrelevant as is your drivers license, banking details, credit cards etc are irrelevant for immigration purposes.
