Alaska Airlines has a number of virtues, and I've just found another one.
A recent trip, on a Qantas ticket but with AS flight number failed to credit miles (I suspect my TA didn't put my Miles number in the booking). So I went to the web site to put in a claim, expecting the usual longish wait to see if it would credit, or if I'd have to press the issue another way.
Shock! The missing miles credited to my account straight away
Now my Alaska miles account helpfully tells me that I am only 992,345 miles off being a Million Miler. :-|
