Hope someone can help please.

I have been transferred from VA to NZ for BNE - AKL due to flight time change which means I miss my VA connection from LAX.

All good except I have a VA premium economy ticket (discounted special fare thru Flight Centre) and I am now being told I am booked in T class with NZ and this is just ecomony.

Can anyone confirm T class is basic economy or Works deluxe. Would be happy with works deluxe (which I was told it would be), but Flight Centre are now saying it is just economy.

Any help much appreciated, thanks

My understanding is that under 'seats to suit' the fare class doesn't directly map to the addons included in the fare. For example, a T fare could have "works deluxe" addons, or maybe just a prepaid baggage addon.

If you can get hold of an NZ booking reference, the NZ web site or their call centre might be able to help you. I'd certainly be demanding works deluxe addons.
