Hi Guys,

Air Asia has just released their sale on today there are some good fares out there. SYD-KUL-SYD $332.00

Booking Period: 28 October 2013 - 3 November 2013
Travel Period: 17 February 2014 - 5 August 2014

Thanks leyy, flew Air Asia once, never again. Nothing really wrong, I'm just not a LCC person.

So far I've only flown AirAsia once from SYD to KUL. That was in the premium cabin with the flatbed and I have to say I was very happy with the seat compared to the normal LCC offering. Obviously it's not a QF MK2 on a 380 but then again it's so much (much) better than the Jetstar or Scoot "business class" seat.

Anyway, I've just booked 2 separate o/w KUL-SYD flights for 2014 based on this sale and at $460 each I'm rather happy.

Some great prices on their business cabin as well - for a better seat than jq, and cheaper than qf in y

Agree, SYD-KUL in Air Asia business for ~$1,200 return. Even better if you have an Amex and can take advantage of the 10X bonus points offer.

NO DEAL!
Great fares coming back into .au, but HUGE prices out from .au (Australia tax?). They are also holding one way's in December for $900 plus - on a LCC, plus luggage. in last ten flights, 6 to Scoot, 4 to AirAsia, and none to Jetstar. Tiger not even trying.
I'm afraid all these new flights granted, don't seem to have knocked down xmas peak season (or is that PAX open season).

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

A return Premium seat ticket (SYD-KUL-SYD) for <$1200 is decent value. You used to be able to get them for <$1000.
