Access manage my booking for West Jet

I booked a West Jet flight through Qantas points, when I enter the PNR into the West Jet manage my booking page, it shows that I need to enter letters only and the Qantas PNR contains a mix of letters and number.

Do any others know where I can find the West Jet PNR to check/purchase additional bags?
