A330 Seatmap and is it Skybeds?

Hi Guys,

Quick qeustions, did a search but too many A330 threads!

Anyway we have a large group headed East for the State of Origin on Tuesday and managed to get 8 of us upgraded to J from Y with points upgrades. But since it's a special occassion I was hoping to show everyone else the delights of traveling in J! Up until today it has been showing the Y+ J config with the D/F in the middle. Now it has changed to this config. From memory the Intl 332's have the galley with 2 mini cabins, so is this seat map showing that I should be traveling on a Skybed A332? If so just hope it doesn't change at last minute!

yes that is an international 332.

Y shows crew rest after 54 so its a Intl config.

A332 domestic = row 44 exit row in Y
A332 int. config = row 45 exit row in Y

Yep, it's international. If you're on the red-eye and want to try to get some sleep, my recommendation would be to move away from the galley as much as possible. I was on this last week SYD-PER, and thankfully I wasn't trying to sleep as the crew made such a ruckus, banging carts and equipment around. (I was in 3F). I'll be on it again this week doing MEL-PER, and I've chosen 2F this time.

Btw, what Bay are your seats in at ANZ Stadium? I'm heading to the game too and will be down in Bay 107.

Yep we were in the back mini cabin, though we tried not to be rowdy for the rest of the poor people in the cabin with us! 9 out of the 9 who wanted upgrades got them, so that was excellent to be able to all go in J.

Skybeds to boot so I may have just convicned some more people to fly J now!!


Yes most of us were maroons supporters haha, the NSW guys were very happy!!

From a brief look there, 568 gets domestic 330's more often than not, so it's luck as to whether you get a skybed or not

Skybed yes but not lie flat, that's reclined. Not easy to sleep on.
