Is this the miles required for a US Airways business class RTW on *Alliance? How much is it for WHY?

I had a feeling that *Alliance RTW awards required less miles/points than Oneworld RTW awards....

The chart says 200k for Economy RTW on *A, using US miles.

NB, Krisflyer is only 180k for the above, but the transfer rate for SPG to Krisflyer is 2 SPG : 1 Krisflyer, i.e. 20k SPG : 12.5 Krisflyer.

Depending on your definition of RTW, QF/AA (SYD-LHR-JFK-LAX-SYD) or AA (JFK-LHR-LAX-JFK) have the cheapest Y RTW awards, i.e. requiring the least amount of miles. NB this is not taking into account earn rates.

Damn, will be buying USAir points this Friday then moving them accross to Dad so that he gets the 100% bonus for a UK trip in F with TG/LX.

Would buy 20000 SPG points (with the current 20% discount) and with the 5000 bonus points get 37500 in the USAir account including the 50% bonus. This is cheaper than buying 37500 USAir miles by about USD400.

Just don't think that SPG + Points.com + USAir would have all the points in my account by Friday.
