Did anyone else get this offer today?
I got an email saying 'A personalised offer that can earn you 3,000 bonus points. All you have to do is register, then book and stay with us within the next 90 days. This offer won’t last long.'
But when I clicked through to register, it said 'We’re sorry, this offer is not available to you. A list of current offers can be found on the IHG® Rewards Club Offers page. We look forward to having you as a guest.'
Why send a 'personalised offer' if it's not available to the person you're sending it to? Strange...
