Not a thing. Domestic only.
Plus, in most setups bar a place like SIN or LAX(on a dom flight into), one has no physical access to a int lounge on arrival - certainly in Australia.
One could, I presume, access a dom lounge on arrival from an international flight eg AKL-SYD.

I mean I think if you really wanted to go through security and you had no bags, you could get into the domestic J lounges even without a connecting flight.
