The current offer is entries into a competition to win Flybuys and/or Velocity points for every 1,000 flybuys points transferred until 30 April 2022. If you have Velocity Auto Transfer switched on, you get double entries.
Personally I don't find these kinds of "stand a chance to win" offers very compelling because the odds of actually getting anything are low. I would prefer something like "get 5% bonus points" or "transfer flybuys points to Velocity and get double status credits at Coles this month", but I realise these are more costly to the loyalty programs.
