So do we know for sure if holding cards like the Qantas and Virgin Money would disqualify from getting the points? My last Citi branded credit card was a couple of years back but I do still hold a Virgin card and previously had the Qantas Money one.

No you have to wait for your statement. My statement comes mid-month, but the points seem to be credited on a calendar month basis. So I've already received points for a payment late July, even though it won't show on my statement til mid August.

Is the More Rewards portal something you have to register for separately? And does it even apply to Qantas World cards? I just tried logging on there using my usual Bankwest banking login and it didn't work.

Did a tester myself today also. Can anyone tell me if there is any way of checking my BW Qantas points earnings other than waiting for my monthly statement (which comes out mid month)? I've looked at the App and the web banking site and can't see any rewards options anywhere.

The points train definitely seems to be slowing. I'll be paying this quarter BAS early, on May 20, to get one last batch from Bankwest. I'll still hang onto the World card though, because it's a useful one for travel and international shopping, since they have no currency conversion charges...

Had this card approved early December. Spent the $3000 within the first week. Just got my first statement and bonus points credited and was disappointed to see only 60K instead of 75K. Anyone else had this? Might I expect to receive the other 15K points separately?

How long does it usually take for the 75,000 bonus points to appear? I've spent $3700 in my first month and received 3700 points in my Qantas account, but no 75,000 yet. Do I have to wait the full 3 months before getting the bonus points?

Yes I've looked back a few months and typically the points show up on a statement around the 4th-7th of the month, never on the 30th/31st.

I'd have very little chance with Qudos given the large number of cards I have. Waiting with interest to hear reports about Bank of Australia. In the meantime I'll stick to BankWest World at 0.66 from June.

Yes but isn't the 50 transaction cap a Bankwest imposed total? I was under the impression that if I've done my 50 1c Telstra payments per card, that I would not be able to go and do another 50 transactions with another biller. Is that correct?

Ok fair enough. I have two cards and thus can get 15,000 points per month. But I achieve that spending $1 (2 lots of 50c) per day on my Telstra account. I still don't see much point on using it for high value transactions like ATO. There are still better (albeit dwindling) options for that.
