Yeah on the flights today, to be honest Vancouver sounds like a nightmare, friends sat on the tarmac for five hours waiting to unload. Because we didn’t fly to Sydney Qantas just dumped us on the street no assistance. Given we had ski bags x 4 not exactly easy to get a cab to an airport….

Edit I take this back, gave up after being bounced from one team to the next. Pretty poor service in the end as nobody can explain why the system rejected requests.

Thanks this info is gold! I agree I think when they put all the points on my account as 396,000 the system tried to debit 1.6m

Oh and I should mention that our second upgrade request was cancelled due to insufficient points so their is a major floor in the system
