Yes, it's how Etihad gets people from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. It's about a 1hr drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi so you can take a taxi which will be about $60-$100. Why don't you take a taxi and just book Abu Dhabi to Barcelona?
