It depends on if you are redeeming SQ miles or *A partner miles. Also EF has many other features besides award searching. That aside if you need help with your account just email us directly, thanks.
Not necessarily. Since the search was for QF you would only see the inventory on the QF operated segments. To see the inventory on the AA segment do an AA award search for SYD-LAX.
Answering specific questions is fine, however engaging in negative speculation on what the future of EF will be isn't productive. We specifically emailed the member base to address any fears about the future. It's best to directly email us any specific concerns/suggestions, however everything we...
Folks, we appreciate your concern but there is no reason to jump to conclusions about how ExpertFlyer is going to change, frankly we don't even know yet. However what I can tell you, and the reason we sent out that email in the first place, is to assure our customers that the EF that exists...

ExpertFlyer is real time and accurately shows what the airline is publishing in the reservation system that we use. If you need further help from the forum, you should post the specifics of what you are looking at or email us at [email protected]
With the Premium service you can search up to +/- 7 days each for the departure and return date. You can then specify a specific class code in the filter on the results page along with the option to only show flights with availability in the chosen class codes(s).
