    Qantas is sorry (again)

    Mel to Sydney 3pm departure (late of course) No tea or coffee on 3pm flight advised by the crew. WTF? Only cold drinks. The entire row laughed. How much more budget can a full service airline get? No beer or wine, tea or coffee on this flight. I settled with a really expensive can of coke.

    Switch from Qantas to Virgin

    I took up the status match with Virgin and am more than happy to give them my corporate business. Cheaper, friendly crew, nice lounge.... Will get gold with my 4 VA flights by next week. Qantas makes it so hard to be a loyal customer.

    Agree with Zanzara. I am a lowly silver with qantas and was able to snap up an F on QR A380 from Sydney to Doha and then J to Amman.

    I think I might have got them the other night. 2 hours on hold. Easy refund action as a result of 2 calls where agent provided wrong information. Said he had to escalate to a manager. They hung up. Luckily took my phone number and called back. Overall over qantas. Where did customer service go...
