It seems that a lot of people prefer sitting in an aisle seat when flying economy? Is there any reason for this? More space or easy access? I actually prefer a window seat if I fly economy as I can rest against the cabin wall.

Sorry to dig out an old thread. I am wondering how the credit of the cancelled flight be passed on to us? Will it be in a form of paper voucher (ie: we need to wait until it arrives in the mail before we can use it) or will it just show as a credit online which we can use immediately? Thanks

I had the exact same problem when I tried to OLCI in this morning. The OLCI options also became available when I'm not logged in.
