I’m having a terrible time chasing DSC credits from the September promo and the QFF phone staff have been totally useless (and told outright untruths in some cases). Does anyone know what the best way to escalate this to someone who actually knows what they are talking about is?

Flew on QF497 earlier tonight in J ... seats seem roomier but incredibly the cabin shows signs of wear ( scratches etc). The front J cabin isn’t that much larger then the a330 but it feels much bigger. The crew were running about learning everything and quite excited having never flown it...

I’ve never missed a suite upgrade at the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne this year over 20+ stays. I’m lifetime Globalist but they have been easily the #1 hotel for upgrades for me this year.

Xps 15 is without peer ... worlds best 15 inch windows laptop. But.... it’s big and it’s heavy and it’s on it’s way out for me when the new xps13 is released a CES 2018 ...

I’m waiting on a STACK of SC’s to post from this offer ... like 17 flights ... I called and confirmed I was registered and the flights were qualifying etc and got told 6 weeks but I’m highly suspect as nobody appears to have got a single DSC from this offer.

QF860 was quite late leaving today and then had a ...ummm “interesting” touch and go around first attempt at OOL ...and then got sent to some obscure remote gate that was practically in Burleigh it was so far away from the terminal. I can’t remember exactly how late it was but it was late enough...

Tested about 50 times probably.... never tested positive but had highly varied levels of civility from the security staff. T3 in SYD seems to be the most polite .... OOL are just terrible humans.

I agree that LTP has to become a thing (and asap) .... I’ve already mostly given up QF internationally for the past few years ( actually nothing to do with status or fares but rather I can no longer afford to sit on any long haul flight without WIFI) but 90% of my travel is domestic in any case...

I don't understand..... usually it's rows 2 and 4 A and F that are the most sought after in QF A330 due to them being by far the most private ? What's good about row 1???

Well according to my mate the economics are practically identical to the SYD-DFW route and QF has been pushing that one hard for years. If this is the case I'm actually at a loss to understand why they haven't been flying direct to Heathrow from DRW for years.
