Got offered to go to the Virgin Lounge Cafe in Brisbane this morning. One staff member, no flight assistance and only 3 travellers here atm compared with the 300 in the main lounge. A limited selection of cold buffet items and snacks. Next to gate 50 fyi. Pictures attached below. First time...

Hi there, I recently maintained gold status and have opted-in for the Hilton Honours and Hertz Gold partner programs about 1-2 weeks ago. What do I do now? I have not been contacted by either of these partners and will be looking to at least use the Hertz Gold program in the coming weeks...
